Villa Joy is located in Gouverneur hillside, 5 minutes from Gustavia and few minutes from the nearest Gouverneur beach. It offers a breathtaking view over the sea in this quiet area.

Villa Joy is a ground floor villa with a first bungalow that features an open kitchen, a dining table and a living area with the American channel and sonos sound system. It can be closed or completely open with the sliding doors to let the breeze in. In the second bungalow, facing the pool, two similar suites offer king size bed, smart TV, private bathroom with shower and toilet, small closet and safety box. Both have a swimming pool view and sea view.

The third bungalow, at the end of the terrasse, is the Master bedroom (60m2). This amazing room has large volume with a king size bed, American television, a desk facing the blue view, a large dressing room, bathroom with shower and separate toilet.

From each area of the villa, the sea view is omnipresent.
