Villa Aum is located in the private and gated domaine of Mont Jean.

The villa is built around different units. In the main unit facing the blue view, are located the gourmet kitchen open onto a large living room with white comfortable sofas and a dining table. But also, a master bedroom with ocean view that can also be access from the terrace. In fact, all around the unit the terrace offers the possibility to enjoy St Barth breeze on the outside siting area, by the infinity pool or around the amazing outside table.
A separate unit features a master bedroom facing the ocean and its own terrace set up.
On the back side, by the garden and sunchairs area, a unit gathers two similar sized bedrooms with ocean view.
Finally, a last one, is composed of a fifth room with nice volume but garden view.

Each bedroom has king size beds and its own television and bathroom with Italian shower.

Extra beds could be accepted upon request.

For the motivated a fitness area is located on the lower floor.
