Villa Avenstar is located in Lorient, nestle in the hills of Camaruche overlooking Lorient Bay. The villa is then really close to the surf beach, restaurants, souvenir shops and grocery store.

On the main level of the villa, you will find large living area that open to the amazing terrace, the well-furnished kitchen with breakfast bar, a dining table (inside and outside by pool) and a first suite opens on the main terrace. The pool is an amazing infinity swimming pool that spills over into the smaller pool on the lower level.
This is where, three other suites are located, opens in a large terrace with sitting areas. One of them offers two beds (140*200) that can be turned in an extra-large bed on request.
Above the main level is the master bedroom suite, few steps from the parking and few steps from the main area, in a private and separate bungalow with a private balcony.

From each rooms, you will be able to watch the sea.
