The villa D’zir is ideally located on the heights of colombier for superb views while being equidistant from Gustavia, Flamands beach and the airport. It is within walking distance of a French bakery and a restaurant (which serves excellent pizza).
Its position and orientation allow it to enjoy a sea view, the entrance to gustavia harbor, the horizon and the sunset.

Villa D’zir is decorated in a simple yet refined way, with beautiful spaces.
As you enter from the parking lot, a secured gate with a code leads up with stairs to a large main door. From here, you’ll find the central room with an open-plan living room with TV area, an open kitchen with breakfast bar and a dining table. The whole is open to the outside, which includes an infinity swimming pool, sun-beds and sitting area to enjoy the amazing view.

From each side of the living area are located two similar suites: beds with integrated TV, a small desk, a bathroom with shower overlooking the ocean and a private balcony.
A Third room is located at the end of a corridor, outside of the main house, with the same comfort and layout, bathroom with view and private terrace.

In terms of technology, the villa offers American and French channels that can be controlled via an iPad. There’s also an apple tv, sound system (sonos) and good wifi.

On a lower level a well equipped fitness room, air conditioned with television will be perfect to workout or do yoga session.

The villa is perfect for a group of friends, offering 3 similar size bedrooms.
