The villa is located in Marigot, a quiet and protected bay. The villa benefits from a private beach with deckchair but if you prefer public beaches, the villa is ideally located less than 10 minutes from other places like the lagoon for water activities or Lorient and Toiny to try surfing.

The villa Eden House is in fact a large property, built on several levels. From the private beach a wooden staircase leads you to the main house.
There is a first suite before joining the main floor a little higher.
From there the main commun area hosts an open kitchen, a dining table, large white sofas, a work space and a beautiful terrace. The Eden house terrace has shade and sun to satisfy everyone. Between the sunchairs, a covered dining table with barbecue, and sofas to contemplate the view will make it difficult for you to leave this place.
The last two rooms are located one floor above, similar and next to each other, they share a common terrace to enjoy the sun.
All three bedrooms have queen beds, private bathrooms, dressing and television.
