The luxury villa called Epicure is located in the hillside of Marigot. The view is one of the biggest assets of this villa with a panoramic view on Marigot bay and grand Cul de Sac. The area is quiet and only few minutes from prestigious hotels and restaurants.

Villa Epicure offers 7 double rooms. 3 suites are located on main floor, 4 other bedrooms are located at the lower floor. Three of them are suites with their own and private bathroom and one bedroom has its bathroom in front of the room in the same corridor.

All the 7 rooms are facing the ocean view, and has queen size bed, television with Apple TV, safety box and dressing. Two room could be connecting rooms.
Villa Epicure has nice volume to offer all the necessary comfort for 14 people with a huge living room, outside areas to gather, a furnished kitchen with breakfast bar, a fitness room, a huge terrace and 18 meters infinity swimming pool.

The villa could be rented with villa Mythique next-door to make 13 rooms.
