Villa Tailwind is located on the heights of the island in the quiet neighborhood of Colombier. It is across the street of Villa Marie Hotel where you can enjoy a spa, breakfast, lunch or even a diner at the Dolce Vita italian restaurant.  Perched on the hill, it offers an unobstructed and windy view of the ocean, the island of Saint Martin, “Bonhomme” island and the neighboring islets.

The breathtaking view gives a feeling of vertigo from the moment you enter the house, which was built to take advantage of this vast panorama.

The entrance hall is furnished with a working desk, and opens directly onto a large and bright living room with high ceilings. The charm of the natural woodwork is matched by the pure and sober decoration. Here you’ll find a living space with a large, comfortable sofa and TV (smart tv + Apple TV), opening onto a dining area and kitchen. In fact, this area is one. The fully-equipped kitchen opens onto a large central island seating as a breakfast bar and side table.
For your dinners together, an additional dining table on the terrace will let you enjoy the Caribbean temperatures while appreciating the breeze under the covered terrace.

On the terrace, you’ll like the swimming pool, seating space, a hammock overlooking the view and spots to relax.
As for the bedrooms, there’s a first suite with a king-size bed, open dressing closets and its own bathroom with rainy shower and view. On the same floor, two other bedrooms with king-size beds share a bathroom with shower, but have their own dressing. One of them has a sliding window opening directly onto the outside garden, also accessible from the terrace. A separate toilet also serves as a guest half bath.
A fourth bedroom is located outside the main house. A staircase leads up to an independent studio offering a TV area (smart tv, Apple tv and international channels), a bar, a double bed and its own bathroom with walk-in shower. The studio is bright and airy, with large sliding doorsopening onto an outdoor area with a dining table and two deckchairs, overlooking an incredible view.

The villa offers two parking spaces outside and additional spaces inside the gated property. One parking is also available in a covered, closed garage.
