Villa Ty Bihan is a villa that has just opened its doors for this season and will offer you everything you need.
First of all, the location is superb for water sports enthusiasts. It’s located in the hills above Grand Cul de Sac, high enough for a lovely view of the lagoon but close enough to go by walk to the beach or for an easy access by car to do kayaking, paddle, watch the turtles swim or visit one of the many beach restaurants.

You enter directly through the garden, facing the house and greeted by a large coconut tree that gives a vacation feel from the first steps.
A few steps lead up to the main floor. From here, there’s an open-plan living room with a large, well-equipped kitchen. This space opens onto a terrace with a covered area for gathering around the infinity pool. The view of the lagoon and ocean is magnificent.

On either side of the living room are two similar suites, with double beds (180×200), bathroom with shower, smart TV, dressing with safe, a lovely sea view and a small outdoor area. One of them has a small staircase, as it’s a little higher up.
The third bedroom is on the lower level. It offers the same comforts, partial ocean view but open onto the garden.
It can be reached by crossing the “Family room”. In fact, there’s a whole room with large sofas facing a television, fitness equipment and an additional bathroom.
